Two Egypt beauty queen crowned. At the Miss Egypt 2010 held on July 7th in Cairo, Sara Elkhouly was crowned Miss Egypt World 2010 while Donia Hamed was crowned Miss Egypt Universe 2010.

The first runner-up is Mira Khalil and the second runner-up is Asmaa Abdelmawgou.
